ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the effect of village financial management, organization commitment, and role of the village representative board on the implementation of good governance in the village government in Siak Regency. This research uses primary data with a questionnaire. The population in this research was the village government in Siak Regency which totaled 122 villages, with respondents consisting of the village head, village secretary, head of financial officer, and the head of the village representative board. The sampling technique of this research was proportional stratified random sampling, with a total sample obtained by 27 village government, with total 108 respondendents. The data analysis method on this research is the multiple regression analysis with the program of Statitical Package for Social Science (SPSS) v.25.
The result of this research indicate that village financial management have a positive and significant influence on the implementation of good governance, organizational commitment have a positive and significant influence on the implementation of good governance, and role of the village representative board have a positive and significant influence on the implementation of good governance. The result of determination coefficient test (Adjusted R²) shows that 92,6% of implementation of good governance can be explained by independent variable, while the remaining 7,4% is explained by other variable which is not in this research.
