ABSTRACT
This research was aimed to examine emprically the effect of several factors on the application of good governance. These factors are Government Apparatus Competency, Community Participation and Government Internal Control Systems. The population that will be used in this research are village goverment in Pelalawan district. The method used was proportional stratified random sampling because the population has members or elements that are not homogeneous and proportionally stratified. Collecting data was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the village government. The method of data analysis in this study is use multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results of this study prove that the Competence of Government Apparatus, Community Participation and Government Internal Control Systems significantly positive affect on the Implementation of Good Governance. The amount of R Square (R2) is 0.650, meaning that the influence of the competence variables of the government apparatus, community participation and the government's internal control system on good governance is 65%. While the remaining 35% can be explained by other variables that are not tested in this study.
