Kebijakan Arab Saudi Dalam Konflik Yaman Pada Masa Pemerintahan Raja Salman
This study aims to explain Saudi Arabia's Foreign Policy towards the Yemen Conflict under the Era of King Salman. This research uses the Neorealism Perspective which believes that the international system is anarchy, cooperation that is built to maximize the power of the state to survive in anarchic situations. The theory used is Rosenu's Foreign Policy Theory and Saudi Arabia's policy is seen as a form of behavior, the policy can be seen as a concrete step or attitude / form of adaptation of Saudi Arabia in responding to its external environment, the conflict in Yemen.
The method used in this study from the measurement of data is a qualitative research method, and the method of data processing is the explanative method. Furthermore, data analysis techniques are based on data from literature studies with the consideration that the data is able to provide information about the problem under study.
The results of this study explained that the reason Saudi Arabia intervened by carrying out Operation Decisive Storm, Operation Restoring Hope and Operation Golden Victory in the Yemen conflict was because Saudi Arabia wanted to prevent the expansion of the Yemen conflict.
