Family Crop Medicine (TOGA) is one form of public health services in the traditional health sector provided by the government to the community to provide information and knowledge through maintaining the health of themselves and their family.The povided health services certainly follow the needs of the community by presenting innovations in the use of family medicine parks. With the presence of innovations in family crop medicine health services as an embodiment of the implementation of Presidential Mission’s pilar in pilar 1 that prioritize promotive, preventive rather than curative. It is expected to be able to increase the number of people who participate in the efforts to improve health andprevent disease and empower communities to be fulfilled with traditional health services. The purpose of this research is to find out analysis of implemtation attribute the innovation of family crop medicine health services and to know the supporting and inhibiting factors of analysis of implementation attribute the innovation of family crop medicine health services. This study uses a purposive sampling technique with qualitative research using a descriptive approach and the data needed both primary and secondary data obtained through observation, interview, and documentation then the data areanalyzed based on research problems. The results of this study indicate that: first, the innovation of health services in the family crop medicine in Tanjung Kuras Village, Sungai Apit Subdistrict. Second, supporting factors for innovation in family crop medicine health services tare motivation and the increase of community participation. Inhibiting factors are limited human resources, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, low public education, limited natural conditions, and lack of budget.
