Strategi Pelayanan Bidang Kelistrikan Oleh Pltd Di Kecamatan Mandah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir
Service strategyisanactiontakenbythe Regency and PLTD District Mandah PLN in increasingelectricityservicetothecommunity in theDistrictof Mandah. fieldservicestrategyby PLTD in Mandah District has problems in providingelectricityservices, the problem isthatthere are stillmanypeoplefromtheDistrictof Mandah have not gottenelectricitynetwork, electricityserviceisstill 14 hours, theservicesprovided are convoluted, frequentpowercutsandsranasandpranainadequate. The purposeofthis study istofindouthowtheelectricityservicestrategybythe Mandah District PLTD andtofindouttheinhibitingfactorsoftheelectricityservicestrategybythe PLTD in the Mandah District. Thistypeofresearchisqualitativewith a case study approach. Collectionof data neededbothprimaryandsecondary data iscollectedthroughinterviews,observationsanddocumentation,thenanalyzedsothatconclusionscanbedrawnfromexistingresearchproblems. The resultsofthis study foundthattheelectricityservicestrategybythe Mandah District PLTD, namely, themarketingstrategy in theformofRelationshipMarketingconductedbyeach Mandah District PLTD has beenmaximized in providingsocializationtothecommunity, Superior Customer Service Strategy superior) carriedoutbyeach PLTD Mandah Sub-district has not beenmaximized,Unconditionalserviceguaranteesorextraordinaryguarantesstrategiescarriedoutby Mandah Sub-district PLTD are alreadymaximum, efficientcomplainthandlingstrategiescarriedoutbyVillage PLTD Bekawanand Khariah Mandah havebeenmaximized in handlingcommunitycomplaints, while Igal Village PLTD has not beenmaximized, Performance improvementstrategiescarriedoutbyBekawanand Igal Desa PLTD havebeenmaximized in enhancingwork, while PLTD Khariah Mandah Sub-districtis not optimal, andMenerwhethertheQualityFunctionDeployment (QFD) carriedoutbythe Mandah District PLTD has beenmaximized, itiscausedbyseveralinhibitingfactorsnamely, natural andenvironmentalconditions, inadequateinfrastructureandaggressionsothatthestewardshipstrategyoftheelectricitysectoris not wellimplemented .
