Pengaruh Motivasi, Kompensasidan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Serta Dampaknya Pada Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Plb Pekanbaru
The fluctuation employee performance of PT PLB's over the past five years also caused many complaints occurred. This complaint comes from large companies such as hotels and hospitals that using PT PLB services, so it is crucial that it could cause decline of company performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, compensation, and leadership on work discipline and its impact on employee performance of PT. PLB Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire distributed to 123 employees. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and simple linear regression.
Based on research analysis, it is known that motivation affects work discipline, and the higher the motivation of employees, would increase employee work discipline. An increasing in company management related to initiatives and recognition can increase employee motivation. Compensation affects work discipline, and the higher the compensation the employee gets, would increase higher the employee's work discipline. An increase in company management related to salary, inflation benefits and insurance can increase employee satisfaction with the compensation received. Leadership affects work discipline, and the more effective shown by leadership, would increase employee work discipline. An increase in leadership management related to the attention of subordinates will increase the effectiveness of his leadership. Appreciation is expected to make other employees competitive in improving discipline. Motivation, compensation, and leadership affect work discipline simultaneously, and the higher employees motivation, the more satisfied employees are at the compensation they receive, and the more effective management of the leadership would increase their work discipline overall. An increase in company management related to consistency and effective use of time can improve work discipline. Work discipline influences performance, and the more disciplined an employee is, the higher the performance will be. An increase in company management related to quantity, timeliness and understanding of tasks can improve overall employee performance.
