This study aims to determine motor ability of children in PAUD Integrated neighborhood Tollaburridho in rokan region downstream subdistrict. The population in this study were children of PAUD Tollaburridho which amounted to 40 children, this study sample as many as 15 children taken from class B1 aged 5-6 years. The media to be used is a children's bungakertas project with fine motor skills. Technique of collecting data from this research is observation and performance test. Data analysis techniques using the formula posrate and baserate. Based on the result of the research, there is improvement of fine motor skills by using the result before the cycle which obtained by average 40,00% of the silus 1 1 48,02% and the average cycle II 72,11% from the above mean can be concluded that through flower Project paper has a major influence on fine motor skills
