Meningkatkan Kemampuan Mengenal Geometri Melalui Media Papan Planel Pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Di Tk Pembina Kecamatan Kuantan Tengah Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi
This study aims to determine the application of Planetary board media to improve the ability to recognize geometry in children aged 5-6 years in TK Pembina Kuantan Central District Kuantan Singingi, then to know the application of media Board Planel can improve the ability to recognize the geometry of children aged 5- 6 years in TK Pembina Kuantan Central District Kuantan Singingi and to know the magnitude of the ability to know the geometry through the media Board Planel In children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Pembina District Kuantan Tengah Kuantan Singingi. The number of children in this study is as many as 12 people consisting of 6 men and 6 women. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis qualitative and quantitative with percentage. Qualitative data analysis is used to determine the improvement of the child's ability to recognize the geometry build using the Planet Board that has been done. While quantitative data analysis is used to determine how much improvement in the ability of children to recognize the build up of geometry after the action. Data collection techniques that is by observation or observation. The results of this research analysis can be seen that the Media board planel can improve the ability of children in the introduction and create a form of geometry, then the use of media planel board is a medium or a practical tool for teachers in the presentation of learning materials such as in the introduction of geometry, Know geometry through planel boards evolved from the MB (Beginning) category in pre-cycle, in cycle I is still in the MB (Beginning) category and increased to BSH category (Evolving As Expected) in the implementation of cycle II activities and The use of planel board media by teachers increasingly Both from cycle I cycle II, this is evidenced from the average value obtained that is 35.41% before the cycle and increased in cycle I with an average value of 42.87% and in cycle II there is an increase of the average value In the second cycle reached 65.09%. The percentage increase from pre-cycle to cycle I is 21,06% from cycle I to cycle II equal to 51,83% and from prasikus to cycleII equal to 83,81%.
