Less increase early chilhoods’ speaking ability dor express language, early chilhood still hard for express what they feel. This case would be looked by many early chilhood difficult for repeated the simple sentences, many early chilhood difficult to asked used the true sentences, many early chilhood difficult for answered a question based question, Many early chilhood difficult to expressed whats their feel with adjective such as good, happy, brave etc. Because that problems, the researcher used hand-puppet media for improving speaking ability at early chilhood education 4-5 years old of PAUD Sekar Arum Simpang Raya district SingingiHilir regency of KuantanSingingi. This research used classroom action research was conducted of two cycle, for each cycle consisted of some stages they were planning, acting,observing and reflecting. The observation sheet based on Permendiknas P. 137, 2014. The subject of this research was 4 boys and 6 girls. The collecting data in this research at second semester 2016/ 2017.Based on collecting data instrument by teacher observation sheet and early chilhood observation sheet. The data collected finding from the result of observation on every last cycle. This research involved one peer friend as observer. Bade on data percentage findingof pracycle 19%,cycle one was 56% and the finding of cycle two was 86%,so it could be concluded that the used of story method used hand-puppet proved was effectice for improving speaking ability of early chilhood education 4-5 years old at PAUDSekar Arum Simpang Raya district SingingiHilir regency of KuantanSingingi.
