The purpose of this research is to know the relationship of teacher perception about principal supervision with work motivation of kindergarten teacher in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population of this study is Kindergarten teacher in Kuantan Singingi District, amounting to 123 teachers. The sample used is 55 people. The data collection techniques used are through a questionnaire.To find out how much relation between teacher perception about principal supervision with teacher work motivation of kindergarten researcher did test of simple correlation analysis r got correlation between teacher perception about principal supervision with work motivation of kindergarten teacher (r) adalh 0.488 with value p = 0,000, by because probability value
