Meningkatkan Kemampuan Mengenal Lambang Bilangan Melalui Media Bahan Alam Pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Di Paud Terpadu Al-Azhar Rantau Panjang Kanan Kecamatan Kubu Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
This study is a classroom action research that aims to improve the ability to recognize the symbol of the number of children through the medium of natural materials of children aged 5-6 years in early childhood Al-Azhar Rantau Kanan Kubu District Rokan Hilir. The study was conducted because of the ability to recognize the number symbols in children aged 5-6 years in early childhood Al-Azhar Rantau Kanan Kubu District Rokan Hilir. Observations conducted indicate that the rendanya factor of this ability because of teacher-centered learning, children less actively participate in learning activities, rarely use learning media in learning. This research is collaborative between researchers and classroom teachers. Data collected using observation and documentation method. Data were analyzed by applying 2 cycles, where cycle I was held three times meeting and cycle II was held three times meeting. The results of this study indicate an increase in the ability to recognize the symbol of the number of children aged 5-6 years in early childhood Al-Azhar Rantau Kanan Kubu District Rokan Hilir through the media of natural materials. The ability to recognize the symbol of the number of children increased from before the action 42.22% with the criteria begin to develop. After the action of the level of ability to recognize the symbol of the number of children increased in the first cycle of 46.67%, in the second cycle increased to 77.59% with criteria developed very well. The conclusion of this research is through the media of nature can increase the ability to recognize the symbol of the number of children aged 5-6 years in PAUD Integrated Al-Azhar Rantau Panjang Kanan Kubu District Rokan Hilir Regency
