The background of this research problem is found by some children that
less rough motor development such as experiencing a rigid walking way, when the
child is following the children's sports learning is not able to do movements such
as jumping and landing with two legs well, standing with one Legs are less
balanced and not infrequently the child memingta help teachers to do something if
the child is not able to do it. The formulation of the problem and the purpose of the
research is to find out whether through dance creations can improve the abusive
motor abilities of children, to know the application of dance creations and to know
the improvement of abusive motor abilities of children. The method used is a
classroom action research, this study was conducted in February-April 2017. The
number of children in this study was 15 people consisting of 8 boys and 7 girls.
Technique of collecting data using observation sheet, while percentage
improvement of motor abusive ability of child from Pre Cycle to Cycle I equal to
44,45%, Cycle I to Cycle II equal to 44,50%, and from Pre Cycle to Cycle I have a
significant increase that is equal to 108.58%.
