Pengaruh Dosis Larutan Teh Terhadap Daya Tetas Dan Kelulushidupan Larva Ikan Patin Siam (Pangasius Hypophthalmus
This study aims to determine the effect of the use of tea leaf solution
with different doses on hatchability and survival of 10-day-old larvae in This
study aims to determine the effect of the use of tea leaf solution with different
doses on hatchability and survival of 10-day-old larvae in siamese catfish
(Pangasius hypophtalmus). The research design used was an experiment using a
completely randomized design (CRD) of four treatments with one control
treatment and three replications. The results of the study aimed the best treatment
found in the P2 treatment (6 g / liter of water) resulting in the degree of
fertilization (FR) that is 95.24%, the degree of hatching (HR) that is 93.13%, the
degree of survival of the life (SR) 4 days is 94, 38% and survival (SR) age 10 is
95.02%. Water quality parameter values are 270C -28 0C, pH 7.9 - 8.1, and
dissolved oxygen (DO) between 5.3 - 6.0 mg / L. The results of analysis of
variance (ANOVA) showed that the need for soaking of tea leaf solution with
different doses of hatchability and survival of siamese catfish gave a very
significant effect on each treatment. Water quality parameters during the study
were still in normal conditions for hatching and survival of siamese catfish.
