Perilaku Konsumen Dalam Membeli Ikan Salai Di Pasar Bawah Kota Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau
ABSTRACT
This research was conducted on 22 September – 6 October 2019 in Pasar
Bawah City of Pekanbaru Riau Province. This study aims to determine the
characteristics of consumers of salai fish buyer, to analyze consumer behavior in
buying salai fish and to determine the relationship of consumer characteristics to the
purchase decision of salai fish in the Pasar Bawah City of Pekanbaru Riau Province.
The method used is the survey method analyzed using Rank Spearman with the
number of respondents in this study were 45 respondents who processed using the
SPSS application.
Characteristics of consumers of salai include : age, education, family income
and number of family members. Consumer behavior in making salai fish purchasing
decisions is the introduction of needs, sources of information, alternative evaluations,
purchasing decisions and post-purchase behavior. The characteristic relationship to
the purchase decision of salai fish states that the income relationship to the purchase
decision has a significant relationship and the relationship of age, education and the
number of family members to the purchase decision has no relationship or is not
significant.
