Margin Pemasaran Belut ( Monopterus Albus ) Di Nagari Panampuang Kecamatan Iv Angkek Kabupaten Agam Provinsi Sumatera Barat
ABSTRACT
This research was conducted in August 2019 in Nagari Panampuang District
IV Angkek Agam Regency West Sumatra Province. The purpose of this study is
to explore eel marketing channels, analyze marketing margins, marketing costs,
marketing benefits, and marketing efficiency of eels (Monopterus albus) in Nagari
Panampuang District IV Angkek, Agam Regency, West Sumatra Province. The
research method used in this study is the survey method. The results showed the
marketing margin of Eel (Monopterus albus) in Nagari Panampuang District IV
Angkek, Agam Regency, West Sumatra Province The marketing margin of eels
from Aceh to Baso consumers was IDR.30.000,- Bukittinggi consumers
IDR.32.000, Payakumbuh customers IDR.35.000, Batusangkar consumers
IDR.40.000, Padang consumers IDR.45.000. Aceh eel marketing costs
IDR.5,818/kg and Aceh eel marketing costs IDR.4,181/kg eel. Eel marketing
margin from Palembang to Baso consumers is IDR.33.000, to Bukittinggi
consumers IDR.35,000, Payakumbuh customers IDR.38.000, Batusangkar
consumers IDR.43,000, Padang customers IDR.48,000. The marketing cost of
Palembang eel is IDR 5,256/kg and the profit of Palembang eel marketing is IDR
7,744/kg eel. Eel marketing from Aceh to consumer areas Baso, Bukittinggi, and
Payakumbuh are categorized as efficient, while marketing to consumer areas of
Padang Kota and Batusangkar are categorized inefficient. The marketing of eels
from Palembang to the consumer areas of Baso and Bukittinggi is categorized as
efficient, while marketing to the consumer areas of Padang city, Payakumbuh and
Batusangkar is inefficient.
