Analisis Bioekonomi Ikan Bilih (Mystacoleuseus Padangensis) Di Danau Singkarak Provinsi Sumatera Barat
ABSTRACT
This research was conducted on August 14 to September 14, 2019, in Lake
Singkarak, West Sumatra Province. The purpose of the study is to analyze the
level of effort, catch, and economic rent of Bilih fish in MSY, MEY, and OA
conditions and analyze the optimal utilization rate of Bilih fish in Lake Singkarak.
The method used is a survey method with the number of respondents as many as
40 fishermen. This study uses time series data from 2009-2018. The results of the
study for the estimation of biological parameters from the three etimation models,
namely the Schaefer, Fox, and CYP estimations, show that the best estimation
model to describe the utilization of selected fish resources is the Fox model.
Utilization of fish resources in MSY conditions using the Fox model produces a
level of fish stock (x) 26.794,72 ton per year, optimal production (h) 805,15 ton
per year, effort (E) 644,03 unit per year, profits (π ) optimal IDR. 12.076.491.788
per year. The MEY condition produces (x) 29.105,95 ton per year, optimal (h)
799,16 ton per year, effort (E) 588,48 unit per year, profit (π) optimal is IDR.
12.185.076.764 per year. OA conditions produce (x) 4.622,46 ton per year, (h)
optimal 253,83 ton per year, effort (E) 1.176,96 unit per year, π IDR. 0 per year.
Biologically and economically, Bilih fish resources have experienced overfishing.
The average level of utilization of Bilih fish resources in Lake Singkarak is
94,53%.
