This study uses a class action research (CAR) method that explains how to improve the ability to recognize the concept of numbers through animal manipulative lotto media in children aged 5-6 years in the long jungle rimbo of the mining districh of kampar regency. This media can attract children’s interest to learn which is supported by a pretty good determination by researchers. The increase in the ability to recornize the concepr of numbers appears to be a significant result from the initial data of 35.83% (starting to develop), increased to cycle I 46.25% (progressed as expected). Improvement from cycle I to cycle II 67.08% (progressed as expected). The initial data development into cycle II increased by 31.25% indicating a significant increase. So, if animals manipulative lotto media is applied well to children, then there will be an increase in the ability to recognize the concept of a good number of children too.
