Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Terjadinya Tindakan Kecurangan (Fraud) Pada Sektor Pemerintahan (Studi Empiris Pada Opd Pemprov Riau)

This research aims to determine empirical evidence about the influence of leadership
style, enforcement of regulations, organizational commitment, unethical behavior, and
competence to the occurrence of fraud in the government sector. This research was
conducted at the OPD in Riau Provincial Government. The sampling technique used was
purposive sampling.
This research is included in quantitative research. In this research, there are six
variables consisting of five independent variables, namely leadership style, enforcement
of rules, organizational commitment, unethical behavior and competence and one
dependent variable, namely fraud. The source of data in this study is primary data. Data
was collected using a questionnaire and distributed to 105 respondents but only 98
questionnaires could be processed. Data analysis method using Structural Equation
Model (SEM) with warpPLS 6.0 version tool. The results of this research showed that
leadership style, unethical behavior, and competence have an affect on fraud. While the
enforcement of regulations and organizational commitment have no affect to fraud.
