Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Good Corporate Governance (Gcg), Struktur Modal Dan Pertumbuhan Perusahaan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Lq45 Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2014-2018)

The purpose of this study is to examine: (1) the effect of profitability on
firm value; (2) the effect good corporate governance (GCG) on firm value; (3) the
effect of capital structure on firm value; (4) the effectof company growth on firm
value. The population of this research is LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesian
stock exchange in the 2014-2018 pariod. By using purposive sampling. There are
27 companies that meet the criteria. Data analysis method in this research is to
use multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS for windows
program. The result of this study show that profitability has an effect on firm
value, whereas good corporate governance (GCG), capital structure and
company growth have not effect on firm value.
