Pengaruh Kompetensi, Independensi, Management Support, Dan Hubungan Antara Auditor Internal Dengan Auditor Eksternal Terhadap Efektivitas Audit Internal (Studi Pada Rumah Sakit Pemerintah Di Pekanbaru)

This study aims to find out about the effect of competence, independence, management support
and relationship between internal auditor with exsternal auditor on the effectiveness of internal
audit. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to the intended respondents.
The population in this study is a government-owned hospital in Pekanbaru. All of these
populations are directly used as research samples. There are 8 government-owned hospitals in
Pekanbaru that are used as research samples. Hypothesis testing is done by using partial testing
(t test) to determine whether the variables that occur in the study sample are influenced by
operational auditing and internal control significantly influence the effectiveness of health
services. The statistical test aids used are SPSS version 22.0. The results showed that
competence, independence, management support and relationship between internal auditor with
exsternal auditor effect on effectiveness of internal audit.. the competence has a significant effect
(0,026 < 0,05), independence has a significant effect (0,001 < 0,05), management support has a
significant effect (0,028 < 0,05), and relationship between internal auditor with exstrnal auditor
has a significant effect (0,042 < 0,05) . R square value is 0.582 which means that 58.2% the
effectiveness of internal audit that occur in the study sample is influenced by the competence,
independence, management support, and relationship between internal auditor with external
audito.
