Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi (Hieduqual) Terhadap Kepercayaan Dan Kepuasan Mahasiswa Di Universitas Islam Indragiri Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir Riau
This study aims to determine the relationship between the Quality of Higher Education Services (Hieduqual) on the trust and satisfaction of students at the Islamic University of Indragiri Tembilahan.
The research design used was descriptive, the population in this study were Active Students at Universitas Islam Indragiri Tembilahan, totaling 400 people. Primary data were collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis using Structural Equation Model-Partial least Square with Warp.PLS.7.0. The sampling technique chosen was the census sampling (400 Universitas Islam Indragiri Students. As samples). The results showed that: 1) Hieduqual (Quality of Service in Higher Education) which consists of: Teaching, Administrative Services, Academic Facilities, Campus Infrastructure, Support Services, Internationalization of Student Trust and Satisfaction 2) Of the three variables studied, there are four hypotheses. which has a significant influence on the formation of student trust and student satisfaction at Universitas Islam Indragiri, 3) The results show that hieduqual has a significant effect on student trust and satisfaction at Universitas Islam Indragiri 4) and the results of the study show that trust has a significant effect on student satisfaction at Universitas Islam Indragiri.
