Fluktuasi Amoniak Pada Kolam Gambut Ikan Patin (Pangasius Hypophthalmus) Yang Diberi Campuran Biofertilizer Feses Manusia Dengan Feses Sapi
This research was conducted from October to November 2019 at the
Kualu Nenas Village peatland, Tambang sub-district, Kampar Regency, Riau
Province. The purpose of this research is to find the best influence and
comparison of the mixture of human feces biofertilizer with cow feces against the
fluctuation of ammonia, growth and survival rate of patin (Pangasius
hypophthalmus). The fish test used as many as 50 tails that are kept on a cement
bath for 40 days. The study uses experimental methods with Complete Random
Design (CRD) one factor with five levels of treatment. The treatment used, P0
without mixed of biofertilizer (control), combination of human biofertilizer with
cow biofertilizer P1 (20%:80%), P2 (40% : 60%), P3 (60% : 40%) dan P4 (80% :
20%). Results of this research showed that the addition of a mixture biofertilizer
human feces with cow feces giving significant effect on the fluctuations of
ammonia, rate of growth and survival rate of patin. The best treatment is P4 the
mixed of biofertilizer of human feces 80% human: 20% cow feces where the
value of Ammoniac (NH3) is 0,021-0,053 mg/l.
