Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Pengawasan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Regional Xii Badan Kepegawaian Negara Pekanbaru
The purpose of this study was to analyzed the effect of motivation and
supervision partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees at the
Regional XII Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) Pekanbaru. The population in
this study were all employees in the Regional XII Badan Kepegawaian Negara
(BKN) Pekanbaru, amounted to 94 people. The method to determined the number
of samples used the census method, so as to obtained a sample of 94 employees.
Data analysis used multiple linear regression methods. The results of the study
stated that motivation partially have a significant effect on employee
performance.The supervision partially have a significant effect on employee
performance. Motivation and supervision simultaneously affect the performance
of employees in Regional XII Badan Kepegawauan Negara (BKN) Pekanbaru, it
meant that the better the motivation and supervision, the better the employee's
performance will be. The amount of motivation and supervision influence on
employee performance is 0.580 or 58%.
