The purposes of this research are to know about (1)the influence between board of
commissioners and board of directors on financial performance on 7 enterprises owned
by riau province. (2) to find out whether organizational culture and organizational
commitment moderate the relationship between the board of commissioners and the
board of directors on financial performance.
The data collection method in this research used a questionnaire distributed to 40
respondent who served as board of commissioners, board of directors and audit
committees found in 7 enterprises owned by riau province. While the dependent variable
of financial performance is measured by using return on assets of each company.
The method of data analysis in this research uses smart pls 3.0 where the description of
the results of this research includes a general description of respondent, variable
descriptive statistic, quality test data, hypothesis testing and discussion of research result.
The results of the research indicate that the board of commissioners and the board of
directors has a significant effect on financial performance. While the moderating
variables namely organizational culture and organizational commitment do not moderate
the relationship between the board of commissioners and the board of directors to be
recorded on financial performance.
