Kelayakan Usaha Pada Galangan Kapal Tradisional Di Desa Sipungguk Kecamatan Salo Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau

This research was conducted in March 2 2020 until March 30 2020
which is located in the shipyard business in the Sipungguk Village Salo Subdistrict
Kampar districts Riau Province. The purpose of this study analyze gross
income, profits and analyze the feasibility of shipyard business in Sipungguk
Village Salo Sub-district Kampar districts Riau Province. The method used in this
study is the survey method with the number of respondents as many as 4 people.
Shipyard business in the Sipungguk Village Salo Sub-district Kampar was
established in 2002 with an area of 180m2 of initial capital of Rp. 150,000,000 and
in 2010 the shipyard business expanded, this development can be seen from the
total investment spent on shipyard business in the Sipungguk Village Salo Subdistrict
Kampar districts Riau Province Rp. 464.134.500, the components that
affect investment are fixed capital and working capital components, namely land
for shipbuilding, water installation, purchase of tam machines, purchase of
hammers, purchase of iron rulers, purchase of meters, purchase of bais, purchase
of boards, purchase of wood, bintangor (Calopyllum Spp), purchase of cane wood
(Cotylelobium Spp), purchase of medang wood (Cinnamomum Spp) purchase of
merbau wood (Intsia palembanica), purchase of oil, diesel oil, purchase of 2.5
inch nails, purchase of 3 inch nails, purchase of 4 inch nails, purchase glue,
electricity and labor costs. Revenues from shipyard business amounting to
Rp.750,000,000 annually, while profits earned are Rp. 285.865.500 annually, and
shipyard business in Sipungguk Village Salo Sub-district Kampar districts Riau
Province , is feasible to be done based on Return Cost Ratio (RCR) value equal to
1,61, Financial Rate of Return (FRR) value 61,59% and Payback Period of
Capital (PPC) 1,6period, the 2 GT size vessels were distributed to area around
Kampar, around Riau Province, and between provinces namely west Sumatera.
