Hubungan Kepemimpinan Ketua Kelompok Dengan Dinamika Kelompok Budidaya Ikan Air Tawar Di Kelurahan Tualang Kecamatan Perbaungan Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai Provinsi Sumatra Utara

The study was conducted in December 2019, which is located Tualang
Village, Perbaungan Sub-Distric, Serdang Bedagai Regency, Nort Sumatera
Province. This study aims to determine the leadership assessment of group leader
and group dynamics as well as knowing relationship between the leadership of the
group leader with the dynamics of the cultivators group Gurame Jaya in Tualang
Village. The study used is descriptive. Respondent in this study were 17 people.
The analysis used to analyze the leadership assessment of group leader and group
dynamics is a Likert scale and to analyze the relationship between group leader
leadership and dynamics using the Spearman rank test analysis. The result of
study showed that the level of leadership of the group leader of Gurame Jaya
cultivator was 594 in the “Very good” category and the level of dynamics of the
Gurame Jaya cultivator group of 2.205 is in the “Dynamic” category. While
based on the Spearman rank test on the relationship between the leadership of the
group leader and the dynamics of the group of Gurame Jaya cultivator shows the
correlation coeffitient value of 0,647** which means it has a “Strong” relationship
between the leadership of the group leader and the dynamics of group.
