Penegakan Hukum Terhadap Tindak Pidana Kerusakan Fisik Daya Tarik Wisata Dalam Rangka Mewujudkan Asas Kelestarian Dan Berkelanjutan Kepariwisataan (Studi Kasus Kawasan Wisata Danau Bandar Khayangan Kota Pekanbaru)
The Tourism Law Number 10 of 2009 concerning Tourism is a legal
regulation that regulates provisions in the form of tourism. Criminal action is an
act that is prohibited by law and threatened with punishment or sanctions in
accordance with the applicable laws. Supervision of the threat of environmental
destruction and pollution of tourist objects is an important aspect in maintaining
and preserving tourist objects as national assets and contributing to national
development in the form of providing employment and other economic activities
as well as foreign exchange earnings for a country. The purpose of writing this
thesis, namely; First, Upholding the physical law of tourist attraction in the
context of realizing the principle of sustainability and sustainability of tourism,
Second, Obstacles in the implementation of law enforcement on tourist attraction
in order to realize the principle of sustainability and sustainability of tourism,
Third, Efforts to enforce the law of tourist attraction in order to realize the
principle of sustainability and sustainable tourism.
This type of research can be classified in the type of sociological juridical
research, because in this study the author directly conducts research at the location
or place of study in order to provide a complete and clear picture of the problem
examined. This research is in the jurisdiction of Pekanbaru City. While the
population and sample are the whole parties related to the problem examined in
this study. Sources of data used, primary data, secondary data, and tertiary data,
data collection techniques in this study with interviews and literature review.
In the research results there are two main issues that can be concluded,
First, the difficulty of law enforcement by the police because it has never been
taken action, investigation or arrest because of the difficulty of proving the
perpetrators and the absence of reporting forms. Second, the obstacles in law
enforcement of the perpetrators of physical damage to tourist attractions, namely
from Legal Factors, Law Enforcement, Facilities and Facilities, Community and
Cultural Factors. that is, there should be effective supervision.
