Strategi Badan Perencanaan Pembagunan Daerah Penelitian Dan Pengembangan (Bappedalitbang) Di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

This study aims to 1) find out the strategy of the Regional Development research and Establishment planning Agency Bappedalitbang in Kuantan singingi 2) know the inhibiting factors of the Development and Development Planning Agency Establishment Strategy Area (Bappedalitbang) in Kuantan singingi district.This Study uses a Qualitative Descriptive Research approach Model. Primary data are Obtained directly through interviews from key informants,namely,the head of Program Head of Bappedalitbang Head of the Program head of the General, Head of section IV. Primary data are Obtained from the Document Research. Data collection Technigues are carried out by interview, Observation and Documentation.
The Results of the Study show That the Strategic Development planning Agency Reseach and Development Bappedalitbang Has not been implementet Maximally in Kuantan Regency, Singingi is influenced by input, process and Auput. As for the inhibiting factors of the Planning and Development agency Strategy of the area of Research and the Development Bappedalitbang in Kuantan regency Singingi. Placement of Employees that are not been Established properly, the Optimal in planning planning Applications that do not been implemented the use of natural Resources is still not right, there is still a lack of Apparatus In the field Research, Planning often is not yet accurate, Coordination with Sthakeholder in the field of Data is still lacking.
