BasuhLantaiceremony began to fade and to date. Since then, the ceremony
is often done only at certain times and in particular, the more advanced
technology and the higher the education and availability of hospitals and health
centers, gradually the people who usually give birth to the shamans have turned
to the hospital or to the obstetrician who can not be avoided. The research
method used is qualitative deskiptif. Thus researchers set a sample count of five
subjects of the research subject. The collection of research data is conducted with
interviews.
This research is titled Tradition BasuhLantaiin the LinggaDaik Province
of Riau Islands. Research conducted found that there are several process
ceremony BasuhLantai consists of: changes in public interest, research found that
the change of public interest to BasuhLantai ceremonies is caused by the
development of knowledge and community insights. Changes to the structure of
the BasuhLantai ceremonial implementation of the Floor, research finds the Daik
community no longer performs the Basuhfloor ceremony with complete rituals.
Changes in the mobilization of the basuhthe Floor ceremony, the study found that
there was no successor of the executive floor ceremony. The child of the
BasuhLantai refused to pursue the role of his parents. From research conducted
researchers found that there are several factors that caused the change in the
BasuhLantai ceremony, namely: the development of public knowledge, the
progress of the development of the community directly changed the mindset of
society. Development of health technology, the development of health access
directly impacts on the implementation of the BasuhLantai ceremony. Because
people are no longer allowed to do labor at home, but must be in the hospital.
