Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Price To Earning Ratio (Per) Pada Perusahaan Property & Real Estate Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017-2019
This study aims to discuss and analyze the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio
(DER), Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), Total Asset Turn
Over (TATO) and Current Ratio (CR) on Price Earning Ratio (PER) . The
population that will be the object of research is the Property & Real Estate
Company which publishes annual financial reports (annual reports) that are
audited and published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research
period is 2017 to 2019. Samples were obtained using a purposive sampling
method using several criteria taken as many as 38 companies for 3 years so that
the total sample was 114 samples with analysis tools using multiple regression
with the application of SPSS version 23.0 (Statistical Package for Social
Sciences). The results showed that Debt to Equity Ratio (X1) was not significant to
Price Earning Ratio (PER), Return On Equity (X2) had no significant effect on
Price Earning Ratio (PER), Earning Per Share (X3) was significantly related to
Price Earning Ratio (PER), Total Asset Turn Over (X4) has no significant effect
on Price Earning Ratio (PER), Current Ratio (X5) has a significant effect on Price
Earning Ratio (PER). and Determination Coefficient Results (R2) is 0.748
variables Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per
Share (EPS), Total Asset Turnover (TATO) and Current Ratio (CR) equally affect
Earning Price Ratio (PER) of 74.80% while the remaining 25.20% is needed by
other variables.
