A 56 day feeding trial was conducted to determine the suitability of moringa
leaf meal fermented with Rhyzopus sp. (MLMF) as an alternative to soybean meal
(SBM) in the diets of tambaqui. The fish with an average weight of 0,81 ± 0,63 g
are reared in 15 cages at a stocking density of 25 fish/cage. This study uses
completely randomized design (CRD) with one factor, with 5 treatments and 3
repetitions.Fish received isonitrogenous (32%0CP) experimental diets with
substitution percentage of SBM by MLMF namely 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, and
40%.Fish were fed three times a day with 10% of their body weight at 07.00,
12.00, and 17.00. The results showed that the percentage of SBM substitution
