Pengaruh Pemberian Pakan Cacing Tanah (Lumbricus Rubellus) Dengan Frekuensi Berbeda Kepada Induk Ikan Lelan (Osteochilus Pleurotaenia Blkr) Terhadap Mutu Telur
This research was conducted on June until September 2019 in Fish Hatchery and Breeding Laboratory, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine University of Riau. The aims of this research was to know the effect of fedding earthworms (Lumbricus rubellus) with different frequency for eeg quality of lelan (Osteochilus pleurotaenia Blkr). The method in this research was an experimental method with Completely Randomized Design (CDR) with one factor, four treatmens and three replications. The treatment in this research were F0 (the giving Earthworms frequency three times a day), F2 (the giving Earthworms) with frequency two times a day, F3 (the giving Earthworms) with frequency three times a day), F4 (the giving Earthworms) with frequency four times a day). The result showed that the best treatment was in F4 (the giving Earthworms) with frequency four times a day) which produce latent time 6 hours 11 minutes, the number of eggs the stripping average of 198 grain/gram of parent, fertilization rate of 38,45%, hatching rate average of 75,81% and survival rate of larvae average of 88,34%. Temperature 27-31°C,DO 5,2-6,6 ppm, and pH 5-6.
