Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional Dan Perilaku Belajar Siswa Melalui Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 2 Kampar Kiri Tengah
This research is motivated by the low student learning outcomes in SMAN
2 Kampar middle left, This can be seen from the acquisition of an average student
score of 72 which is still below the predetermined KKM of 75. This problem tends
to be influenced by the lack of motivation to learn owned by students during the
learning process. It is very important for teachers and the school to know the low
student learning outcomes.
This research was conducted at SMAN 2 Kampar Kiri Tengah using
descriptive methods. The sample used in this study were all participants of SMA
Negeri 2 Kampar Kiri Tengah totaling 116 students. so it can be said to be a
census research. This type of research is quantitative research and data sources
used in research are primary and secondary data. Data collected by
questionnaire and documentation instrument. The data analysis technique used is
descriptive and quantitative analysis, namely path analysis with the help of SPSS
21.
The results can be explained briefly as follows: 1) The influence of
Emotional Intelligence and Learning Behavior on Motivation with a t count of
5,912 emotional intelligence on motivation and learning behavior with a t count
of 4,408 thus it can be seen that emotional intelligence and learning behavior
influence on motivation learn. 1) the influence of Emotional Intelligence and
Learning Behavior, Motivation on student learning outcomes with a t count of
2,391 emotional intelligence, with a t count of 2,160 learning behaviors and a t
count of motivation equal to (5,992) thus it can be seen that emotional intelligence
and learning behavior and motivation affects the learning outcomes.
Based on the results of the research and conclusions stated above, a
number of suggestions are given as follows: 1) To improve emotional intelligence
and learning behavior and motivation, the Secondary Middle School 2 Kampar
Kiri Tengah "teachers are more able to unleash student potential and are able to
foster student motivation. so the learning behavior is also good. 2) For students to
be expected to have good study habits, always motivating themselves so they are
not easily influenced by the circumstances and the environment so they remain
concentrated in education and in achieving learning achievement.
