The results of interviews and surveys conducted by researchers in February 2020 showed that cases of dengue fever in the Gajah Mada Tembilahan Health Center's working area had increased because the programs carried out by the Puskesmas had not been fully realized, in addition there were several factors that were still difficult to change. Tembilahan community. The strategy to reduce the number of dengue cases at Gajah Mada Tembilahan Health Center from the SWOT calculation lies in quadrant I, which focuses on the S-O strategy, namely Strength and Opportunity. So a progressive strategy is needed to reduce dengue fever cases at Gajah Mada Health Center Tembilahan so that its functions and benefits are to become a place for healing or eradicating dengue fever and running properly. The strategy for reducing the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever in the Gajah Mada Tembilahan Health Center is at quadrant I. This position indicates that the Gajah Mada Tembilahan Community Health Center's Activities / Programs are strong and likely. The recommendation given is a Progressive strategy, meaning that the programs / activities of the Gajah Mada Tembilahan Health Center are quite good and good so that it is very possible to continue to expand, conduct more frequent counseling not only in schools but also to the community so that they can achieve existing goals.
