Analisis Hubungan Faktor Lingkungan Terhadap Penyakit Kulit Pada Masyarakat Yang Tinggal Di Aliran Sungai Indragiri Di Desa Sukaping Kecamatan Pangean

Skin desease is one of the disease associated with the environment and
human behavior. Almost all infection aof the skin are transmitted through direct
or indirect contact to the skin and are caused by bacteria, viruses, parasites, and
fungi. Based on data from UPTD Health Pangean District Health Center,
Kuantan Singingi (2019), there were 122 cases of skin disease and Sukaping
Village had 62 cases of disease or 50.8%. the study aim determine the
relationship environmental factors, ecomonic factors, and social factors, and the
relationship together between environmental factors, ecomonic factors, and social
factors to the incidence of skin disease in Sukaping Village, Pangean District.
The research was conducted in Sukaping Village, Pangean District in
September until Oktober 2020. The research method used was the Analytical
Survey Method, with a cross-sectional research design. The sample in the
research is 87 people. The sampling tachnique used Simple Random Sampling.
Collection data done with interview using a questionnaire sheet. The variables
studied were clean water facilities, type of house floor, occupancy density,
disease-carrying animals, family income, bathing habits, nail hygiene, use of
footwear, habit washing hands, and habit replace clothes. Method analysis tes
using SPSS program and multivariate analysis.
The results of bivariate analysis indicate that there is relatonship that
significant between the incidence of skin disease with clean water facilities,
occupancy density, economic factors (family income), bathing habits, nail
hygiene, washing hand with soap, and the habit od changing clothes in yhe
community in Sukaping Village, Pangean District. The result of the multivariate
analysis showed that the variable that was most dominant in relation to the
incidence of skin disease in people in Sukaping District was the variable clean
water facilities, economic factor, and the habit of washing hand with soap.
