Hubungan Lingkungan Fisik Dan Perilaku Terhadap Keberadaan Jentik Nyamuk Aedes Aegypti Demam Berdarah Dengue Di Kecamatan Siak Kecil Kabupaten Bengkalis
Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) or Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever (DHF)
is a disease caused by a virus and spread by the Aedes mosquito (Stegomyia).
Bengkalis District Health Office data for 2018 - 2019, states that 8 sub-districts
consisting of 80 sub-districts with endemic status, 21 with sporadic status. One of
the districts with dengue fever in Bengkalis Regency is Siak Kecil District. There
are 2 villages with very high endemic status in Siak Kecil District, Bengkalis
Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between
physical environmental factors (air temperature, humidity, lighting, number of
containers at home, presence of swallow nests, poultry and birds, 3m Plus
behavior, income level to the presence of Aedes aegypti dengue mosquito larvae
in Siak Kecil Subdistrict, Bengkalis Regency.
This research was conducted in the Siak Kecil Subdistrict, Bengkalis
Regency in October 2020. The samples were determined using the purposive
sampling method. The number of samples taken was 45 respondents. Collecting
data in this study through observations, interviews, questionnaires and direct
measurements. The variables studied were the physical environment of the house
(temperature, humidity, lighting, number of containers, swallow nests) 3M Plus.
The analysis method used was univariate analysis, bivariate analysis with Chi
Square and multivariate analysis.
The results of the bivariate analysis show that there is a relationship
between the presence of larvae with humidity, temperature, lighting, the number
of containers, ungags, 3M Plus behavior, the multivariate yield rate determines
the most influential risk factors with the greatest influence on the presence of
Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae, namely temperature, humidity, 3M Plus. The
multivariate results determined the most influential risk factors with the greatest
influence on the presence of Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae, namely temperature,
humidity, and 3M Plus behavior.
