Implementasi Kebijakan Sistem Informasi Dan Manajemen Pertanahan Nasional (SIMTANAS) Pada Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Rokan Hulu
Land is a vital element in the life of the nation and state for Indonesia. Indonesia's relationship with land is an eternal relationship. The entire territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) is a unitary land and water of the entire Indonesian nation. Soil is the glue of the Republic of Indonesia. Therefore, land needs to be managed and regulated nationally to maintain the sustainability of the life system of the nation and state. Within this framework, land policies are directed at realizing land for the "greatest prosperity of the people".
This study aims to analyze and examine the implementation of the National Land Management and Information System Policy (SIMTANAS) at the Land Office of Rokan Hulu Regency. The purpose of this research is to identify and describe the implementation of the National Land Information and Management System Policy Implementation (SIMTANAS) in the land office of Rokan Hulu Regency. In this study using a qualitative research approach by focusing on Information Systems Policy and National Land Management (SIMTANAS), communication and attitudes.
The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the National Land Information and Management System (SIMTANAS) at the Land Office of Rokan Hulu district has not been maximized, where in its implementation there are two things that are of concern, namely resources and communication between organizations.
