Penerapan E-Procurement Dalam Proses Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pada Pemerintah Kota Dumai
Government goods / services procurement using a system often referred to as e-procurement is a system developed by the Government Goods / Services Procurement Policy Agency (LKPP) which aims to create an efficient, effective, open, competitive, transparent, non-discriminatory and accountable, procurement process resulting in competitive work products or services. In its implementation, there are many challenges that control, starting from the budgeting, human resources and equipment systems to support the implementation of e-procurement. The application of e-procurement to the Dumai City Government in the process of procurement of goods began in the 2012 Fiscal Year, until 2020, it has reached the eight year the Dumai City Government implements e-procurement, with a total budget savings of Rp. 83,338,897,116 during the e-procurement period with an efficiency level of Rp. 10,417,362,140 with a percentage rate of 6.62%. With the transfer-agreement carried out, the implementation of e-procurement was approved with a significant benefit-giving, in contrast to the procurement of non-procurement, e-procurement goods / services with minimal procurement and implementation, as well as the creation of accountable and open procurement processes. , then the implementation of e-procurement must be carried out to facilitate the procurement of good and accountable government goods / services
