Pengaruh Total Quality Management Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Loyalitas Karyawan Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Pada Karyawan Pt Agung Automall Sutomo Pekanbaru)
This study aims to see and know the direct and indirect effects of Total Quality Management and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance with Loyalty. The population in this study were all marketing employees at PT Agung Automall Sutomo Pekanbaru, amounting to 160 people, using Path Analysis. In this study the sampling method using the Census Technique, which is a sampling technique that the entire population to be selected as a sample member so that the sample becomes 160 respondents. Total Quality Management and Job Satisfaction affect Loyalty and Total Quality Management, Job Satisfaction and Loyalty affect the Performance of Employees. Total Quality Management affects employee performance through loyalty and Job Satisfaction affects employee performance through loyalty.
