“Pengaruh Teknologi Informasi Dan Inovasi Terhadap Kinerja Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah (Umkm)” (Studi Empiris Pada Umkm Yang Berbasis Online Di Kota Dumai)

This study aims to determine the effect of information technology and
innovation on the performance of MSMEs in Dumai City. The population of this
study were all registered and unregistered MSMEs at the Dumai City Cooperative
and UMKM Office. The sample used was 100 respondents who were counted by
the Slovin formula with the sampling process using purposive sampling method.
The data analysis technique used in this study is the multiple linear regression
analysis method. The analysis tool used in this research is the statistical product
and service solution (SPSS) version 25.0. The results of this study indicate that the
variables of information technology (X1) and innovation (X2) have a significant
and positive effect on the performance of MSMEs (Y).
