“Pengaruh Inovasi Dan Perencanaan Strategi Terhadap Kinerja Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah (Umkm)” (Studi Empiris Pada Umkm Di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu)

This study aims to examine : (1) the effect of innovation on the
performance of micro, small and medium enterprises, (2) the effect of strategic
planning on the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises.
The polls in this study were all MSMEs in Rokan Hulu Regency registered
with the Cooperative and MSMEs Service totaling 27,074 MSMEs. The sample
used is 96 MSMEs which are calculated using the Slovin formula, while the
criteria for the sample taken in this study are using purposive sampling.
This study uses primary data, data collection by sending questionnaires to
respondents. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression
analysis. The analysis tool used is SPSS version 25.0.
The results of this study indicate that : (1) innovation affects the
performance of MSMEs with a significant level of 0.006
