This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of community participation,
human resource competence, supervision, and internal control systems on the
accountability of village financial management. Population in this research are all
vilage government in left kampar kiri area insist Lampar kiri hilir and Siak Hulu
distric., with a total of 17 villages. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated
sampling technique found in Non-Probability Sampling. Respondents in this study were
village managers who were taken by 6 people each from each village. Of the 102
questionnaires distributed, 96 respondents participated in this study. Data analysis in this
study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with smartPLS 3.2.6 analysis
tools. The results of this study indicate that community participation, human resource
competence, supervision, and internal control systems affect the accountability of village
financial management to village governments in Kampar Kiri Hilir and Siak Hulu
districts, Kampar regency.
