Pengaruh Kompetensi Aparatur Pemerintah, Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi, Sistem Pelaporan Kinerja Dan Ketaatan Pada Peraturan Perundangan Terhadap Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (Studi Empiris Pada Opd Kota Pekanbaru)

The research is conducted to examine the effect the competence of government
officials, the use of information technology, performance reporting systems and
compliance with laws and regulations on the performance accountability of
government agencies in the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) of
Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were all OPD in Pekanbaru City.
The sample selection used purposive sampling method. The data was collected by
distributing questionnaires to 99 respondents, and only 81 questionnaires were
used in this study. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression
using SPSS version 17.0. The results showed that the competence of government
officials had a significant effect on the performance accountability of government
agencies with a significant value (0.045) ttabel (1.992).

ttabel (1.992). Adherence to laws and regulations on the accountability of the
