Pengaruh Pemberian Hormon Pertumbuhan Rekombinan (Relgh) Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Kelulushidupan Lobster Air Tawar (Cherax Quadricarinatus) Pada Sistem Resirkulasi
This research was conducted in November - December 2019 at the
Laboratory of Aquaculture Technology. The purpose of this research was to
determine the best dose of rEIGH hormone through immersion in the growth and
survival rate of freshwater lobster (Cherax quadricarinatus) and the method used in
this study was an experimental method using a completely randomized design (CRD)
consisting of from 4 treatment levels with 3 replays and 12 units were obtained P0
control (without rEIGH hormone), P1 =10 mg/L rEIGH hormone, P2 = 15 mg/L
rEIGH hormone, P3 = 20 mg/L rEIGH hormone. The results showed that the rEIGH
hormone could affect the growth rate and feed efficiency of freshwater lobster.The
best resulting of rEIGH hormone was found in the treatment dose of rEIGH 20 ml/L.
with a specific growth rate of 3.07%, absolute weight growth 13.57 g, survival rate
97.00%, feed efficiency 64.82%. With a temperature of 28oC, pH 5-7, DO 4.6-6-8
ppm and ammonia 0.04-0.09 mg /L
