Pemanfaatan Tepung Kayu Apu (Pistia Stratiotes L) Terfermentasi Menggunakan Cairan Kombucha Dalam Pakan Buatan Untuk Pertumbuhan Benih Ikan Patin (Pangasius Hypophthalmus )
Patin (Pangasius hypophthalmus) is one type of fresh fish which is popular among
fans of fish dishes. Artificial feed contributes greatly to the production cost in fish
farming, about 60-70%. This study aims to determine the effect of using leaf
water lettuce fermented with kombucha fluid as a feed ingredient on feed
efficiency and growth of patin. The method used was a completely randomized
design (CRD) with five treatments and three replications, while the treatment was
P0 100% Soybean flour 0% leaf water lettuce fermented, P1 95% Soybean flour
5% leaf water lettuce fermented, P2 90% Soybean flour 10% leaf water lettuce
fermented, P3 85% Soybean flour 15% leaf water lettuce fermented, and P4 80%
Soybean flour 20% leaf water lettuce fermented. Patin seeds used as much as 20
fish / container, the frequency of feeding three times a day is 10% of the biomass.
Fish maintenance is carried out for 60 days. The results showed that the
fermentation of leaf water lettuce increased the specific growth rate and feed
efficiency of the Patin. 15% fermentation of leaf water lettuce in feed gave the
best results on feed efficiency, namely 45.79%, and a specific survival rate of
98.99%, and relatively cheaper that is Rp. 8,233,-/kg feed.
