Sintesis Dan Uji In Silico Dengan Swissadme Senyawa 4-(3-(2-Kloropenil)-5-(2-Metoksipenil)-4,5-Dihidro-1h-Pirazol-1-Il) Benzenesulfonamida
Natural of pyrazoline such as vitamins, alkaloids and pigments, but there are
limited availability, till synthesis is required. analog of Pyrazoline have biological
activity caused their substituents. Therefore, 4- (3- (2-chlorophenyl) -5- (2-
methoxyphenyl) -4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-1-yl) benzenesulfonamide (1,3,5-triaryl
pyrazoline was synthesized 25) development by adding chlorophenyl, methoxyphenyl
and benzenesulfonamide to increase activity as an anticancer of the breast according
of reference. Furthermore, to determine its toxicity carried out using in silico test by
SwissADME and the results showed that the 1,3,5-triaryl pyrazoline 25 not toxic and
had potential as drug candidate. The rendemen of pure compound is 91% proven by
TLC test, melting point, HPLC and HRMS analysis. Confirmation the target molecule
using UV, FTIR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and HRMS spectroscopy.
