Evaluasi Bantuan Pemerintah Terhadap Usaha Kelompok Budidaya Ikan Di Kecamatan Kuok Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau

ABSTRACT
This research was conducted in November 2019 until April 2020 in Kuok
District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The purpose of this study was to
determine the profile of fish cultivator groups that received assistance and to
evaluate the assistance received by fish farmers groups in Kuok District, Kampar
Regency, Riau Province in terms of: (1) The system of receiving aid from the
government; (2) Evaluating government assistance; (3) Evaluate whether the
assistance is right on target or not. The research method used is a case study method
that intends to describe the results of research and try to find a comprehensive
picture of a situation.
Provision of assistance by the Fisheries and Maritime Office of Kampar
Regency in Riau Province was given to the aquaculture group submitting a fishery
assistance proposal then after fulfilling the requirements for receiving assistance
was proposed to the RAPBD of the Fisheries and Maritime Service Office of
Kampar Regency as the recipient of fisheries aquaculture assistance. The assistance
has had a positive impact on beneficiary groups such as improving community
welfare and increasing community institutional capacity. The right target evaluation
of the aid was right on target, seen from the requirements that had been met by the
Fish Culture Group that received the assistance.
