Tingkat Keberhasilan Program Cbib (Cara Budidaya Ikan Yang Baik) Di Desa Kuok Kecamatan Kuok Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau

Abstract
This research was conducted in 13th Augusts 2020 in Kuok Village, Kuok District,
Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The purpose of this study was to determine the
characteristics of CBIB cultivators and to reveal the success rate of the CBIB
program carried out by cultivators at Kuok Village, Kuok District, Kampar
Regency, Riau Province. The method used in this research is a survey method.
The number of respondents in this study were 10 people. in these areas there are
many fish cultivators who have implemented the CBIB program. The object of
this research is fish cultivators who have followed CBIB.
The results showed the characteristics of CBIB cultivators at Kuok
Village, namely the cultivator's age was in the productive age category, the
cultivator's education was in the medium category, the cultivator's income was in
the medium category, namely between 5,000,000 to 9,000,000. The success rate
of the CBIB program carried out by cultivators in Kuok Village is assessed by the
many successes that have been achieved by CBIB seeders in Kuok village with 18
Indocators based on the Regulation of the Director General of Aquaculture
Number 65 / PER-DJPB / 2015 concerning Guidelines for Certification of Good
Fish Cultivation Methods ( CBIB). Of the 18 indicators, 14 indicators have been
achieved by CBIB cultivators in Kuok village, there are 4 indicators that have not
been achieved due to several habits that are difficult to change, difficulties in
application due to immature understanding and limited capital in implementing
them. However, in this case, farmers are still learning to improve their abilities
and meet the requirements in the CBIB program indicators.
