Analisis Usaha Penangkapan Ikan Malong (Muraenesox Cinereus) Dengan Alat Tangkap Rawai Dasar (Bottom Longline) Di Kecamatan Sei Tualang Rasokota Tanjung Balai Provinsi Sumatera Utara
This research was conducted in October 2019 at Sei Tualang Raso District.
The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of investment, to analyze
income and to analyze the business feasibility of bottom longline fishing gear
fishermen in Sei Tualang Raso District. The method used in this research is a
Survey using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data analysis used was
investment, income, total cost and business feasibility with 27 respondents.
From the data analysis above, the result shows that the average investment
spent by fishermen is IDR 204,991,138 with an average amount of fixed capital of
IDR 196,164,815 / year and working capital of IDR 177,267,196 / year. The
average production of fishermen's catch is 13,558 kg / year for malong fish and
11,633 tails / year for swimming bubbles. The average net income of fishermen is
IDR 109,673,348 / year. The investment criterion obtained is an RCR value of
1.85, which means that the RCR value is> 1, so the business is worth continuing.
The FRR value is 53.50%, where the FRR value of the business is greater than the
BRI Bank interest rate in Sei Tualang Raso District of 5.63% / year, meaning that
it will be better to invest in the business than in the bank, so this business can be
continued. The PPC value is 1.86, which means that the return on capital invested
is 1 year 8 months 6 days.
