Optimasi Biaya Pemeliharaan Prasarana Fisik Jaringan Irigasi Sei Paku
ABSTRACT
The Sei Paku irrigation area is located in the Kampar Kiri sub-district, Lipat Kain
which has an area of 124.64 hectares. Not all of the physical conditions in the Sei
Paku irrigation network are in good condition, some several channels and,
buildings that were damaged. This can result in a decrease in the function of the
irrigation network which results in irrigation water being not fully provided to
service areas. For this reason, maintenance activities are needed so that the
performance of the irrigation network continues to run properly according to its
function. This study aims to optimize these maintenance activities because the
budget for maintenance activities is limited. The optimization step in this study
begins by identifying and assessing the physical condition, functional conditions,
service area and, area affected by damage, then calculating priority values based
on Permen PUPR No.23/PRT/M/2015 and determining the priority order. The
optimization of maintenance costs in this study uses the Linear Programming
model. The Linear Programming model consists of an objective function, namely
maximizing priority value and, a constraint function, namely cost limitations.
Optimization modeling using Linear Programming with a cost limit of Rp.
200,000,000, it is found that the optimal maintenance activities that can be carried
out are that on 8 sections of the channel, 100% of maintenance activities are carried
out, 1 channel segment is carried out 60.77% of maintenance activities while 1
channel is not carried out maintenance activities so that the same budget is
obtained, namely Rp. 200,000,000.
